Shipping, Returns, Refunds,

and Exchanges

Please find below store policies for product returns, refunds, and exchanges. These policies were updated on 21/05/2020

 

Returns

You can return a product in its original packaging, unused and undamaged condition for up to 30 days after purchase.

 

If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, sadly we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

f you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 14 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

After 14 days please recheck your bank/credit card account again after 14 days have elapsed

Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only full-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@laburnuminn.co.uk and send your item to Laburnum Inn, 2 Hackney Road, Matlock DE4 2PW

 

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should package it suitably and post it to Laburnum Inn, 2 Hackney Road, Matlock DE4 2PW

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, any additional shipping costs on our part to replace other items will be charged for or deducted from any refund deemed to be due.

Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply for product exchanges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

​

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and buying shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned item.
